At Bear's Den Fly Fishing, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical gear and apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the gear is in unworn, sellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items at the Den, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
